Meet the team leading the Boys & Girls Club of the Keys’ efforts to ensure every young person in the Keys has the great future they deserve.

William P. Archer / Board Chair Member

A native New Yorker and New York University graduate, Bill moved to Key West in 2011 and started volunteering at the Club a year later, becoming the Board Chair in 2018.  He can be found there almost daily offering his support of the Club’s mission to provide children a safe place to learn, play, and grow as they develop their full potential towards being productive, caring, and responsible citizens.  If you can’t find him there, he’s probably out sailing.

Ettore F. (Jim) Infante / Vice Chair Member

Jim splits his time between Catskill mountains of New York and Key West, and has been a board member since 2017. With a PhD from University of Texas and an impressive academic roster longer than your arm, Jim now teaches Mathematics at Florida Keys Community College. He believes the Club’s role of nurturing underserved and underprivileged children is “essential to the development and to the well-being of our youth and to the strength and prosperity of our democratic nation,”  and that “children nurtured by the B&G Clubs will be able to successfully contribute socially, economically, and culturally to their families and to the larger community.”

Krystal Thomas / Board Member

No stranger to assisting her community, the 2018 Rotarian of the Year joined the Club’s board in 2017, with a desire to support and work with the children here.  “Boys & Girls Club provides an empowering and educational environment that encourages children to be their best,” she says.  “It’s my hope that they will understand their value and the promise that they hold for our community.”  When she isn’t working in her real estate company, you can find her out on the beach with a book or enjoying the sunshine with her dog, Skyy.

Adriene “Lynn” Cassamayer / Board Member

With a B.A. from Hampton University, Native Key Wester Lynn works with the Monroe County School District, currently as a College Success Coach in the Take Stock in Children Program.  She joined the board in 2018 to help make an impact in the lives of the Club’s children. “I want them to realize that anything is possible,” she says. “I want them to have a passion for their future, and know that we believe in them.” Lynn also enjoys spending time with her family, reading, crafts, and traveling.
